Dávám pět hvězdiček hodnocení jako nejlepší. Moje první zkušenosti s touto pojišťovnou jsou skvělé. Při cestě do Ameriky mi letecká společnost zpozdila dodání kufru a to o týden. Bylo to velmi nepříjemné, nepříjemná zkušenost když sice máte léky třeba s sebou na dva dny ale to zpoždění bylo prostě více než dva dny a je to pak velký nekomfort, když nemáte svoje věci. Díky pojištění o této cestovky a pojištění premium jsem věděla že si mohu nakupovat postupně věci osobní potřeby, díky čemuž jsem ani neměla tolik zkaženou dovolenou i když Vám samozřejmě vaše věci chybí. Koupila jsem si potřebné a po návratu z Ameriky jsem účtenky vyúčtovala, kompenzace neboli náhrada přišla snad do třech dnů, velmi rychle a velmi bezproblémově za to chci poděkovat. Neskutečně rychlé vyřízení pojistné události (zrušený let), do týdne jsem měla peníze na účtu. Ještě pořád tomu nemůžu při úrovni českých služeb uvěřit. Velká spokojenost.
Před necelým měsícem jsme se vrátili z Egypta. I když jsme tam byli po ixté, znovu nás dostihla faraonova pomsta. Stačil jeden telefonát na Ergo pojišťovnu a o vše se postarali. Kontaktovali kliniku, kam nás z hotelu odvezlo jejich auto (i zpět), vyšetřili, dali infuzi a léky. Ještě druhý den z pojišťovny volali, aby si ověřili naši spokojenost. Telefonáty samozřejmě proplatili. Super
Výborná zkušenost po úraze našeho syna v Londýně. Jediné, co nebylo jasné (ani pojišťovně), co se musí platit přímo (urgentní příjem) a na co se vztahuje garance proplacení. Nicméně po několika dnech nám pojišťovna proplatila zpět celou částku, kterou jsme na pohotovosti museli zaplatit. Děkujeme.

- Medical expenses: Any medical treatment in the hospital (surgeries or hospitalisation), a detal care up to a separate limit. Please, see specific limits above for all treatments.
- Assistance services: 24-hour assistance service available by phone, e-mail and chat.
- Liability: It will help if you cause damage to someone's health or property, also includes legal representation.
- Damage to personal belongings: For example, suitcases, personal belongings, sports equipment, etc.
- Guardian insurance: In case you need another person to accompany you.

These services are automatically included in all our travel insurance options.
