Professional Liability Insurance
A tour operator is liable to its customer for breeching his obligations arising from a travel contract regardless of whether these obligations are to be satisfied by the tour operator or other provider of travel trade services offered within the tour (Sec. 852i of the Civil Code).
Professional liability insurance, better known as an ITQ Kodex, contributes to improve quality of tour operator’s services and provides a better coverrage to clients.
In case of any serious deficiency in service or any irregularity on the part of tour operator, a customer is entitled to a compensation according to the table of Benefits as well as to a compensation for loss of pleasure form ruined holiday.
