Hazardous Areas

Please, remember that insurance is only applicable to events taking place in areas for which it was taken (Europe or Whole World)!

• The insurance can be taken out only for journeys from the Czech Republic abroad.
• The insurance of medical expeces does not apply to state territory, where the insured registered with a public system of health care.
• Check which tariff category the country you are travelling to apply.

War Risk and Civil Hazard Areas

Areas mentioned in this list are regions with deteriorated safety situations and our insurance company recommends you to reconsider the necessity of travelling to those places. The cover either does not apply at all to hazardous areas (war zones), or there exists a higher risk of loss occurrence and the insurance company is, in accordance with the insurance conditions, entitled to refuse to provide indemnification.

Firms and Institutions with a longstanding insurance of business trips with our insurance company, which need out of necessity to send its employees to these areas, may contact the insurance company (tel. 221 860 850); we shall provide a special insurance contract for each individual trip under special conditions.

The list is regularly updated, whereas all changes since the last issue are highlighted on the front page.
